Learn more at www.doubleverify.com . What You'll Do: - Own the end-to-end commission calculation for DV Scibids Revenue stream and Account Management bonuses. Manage the quarterly/bi-annual payout workflow and monthly accrual process. - Review and audit commercial compensation plans for accuracy, completeness and alignment to approved plan documents. - Proactively identify opportunities to streamline our financial model. Leverage automation tools and AI to improve calculation accuracy and efficiency. - Monitor, analyze, and report on sales attainment against established quotas. - Prepare, validate, and distribute commission statements to our sales organization and act as a point of contact for commission inquiries. - Support financial reporting by regularly assigning client classifications and managing advertiser mapping. - Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for our regional sales team, Commercial leadership, and Finance organization.
