Job Description: This Sr. Manager position has key accountabilities for the Domino's Technical Services program. This position draws from a history of accomplishments and cross functional collaboration to ensure that technical services projects are prioritized and completed with diligence and integrity. This position has 3 primary responsibilities: Lead complex innovation and renovation projects through onboarding of new suppliers and ingredients for new product development. Develop and implement new processes to improve Domino's Technical Services QA policies and procedures. Provide team leadership for the technical services team by overseeing the scope of the team and positively coaching and managing direct reports. Compensation: The salary range for this role is: $130,000 - $140,000, plus bonus eligibility. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience and internal equity. Location : This is an on-site position based at our Ann Arbor, MI headquarters. It will also require 30% travel. Main responsibilities Leads complex and highly technical innovation and renovation projects on Domino's ingredients to support expanding the capacity, ensuring sufficient supply, and new product development for Domino's.
