We're willing to teach you what you need to know, but we need you to be coachable and willing to take constructive feedback. Restaurants can be very challenging. If you have experience, I don't need to say anything else. If you are new to restaurants, let me give you reasons NOT to get involved - this saves both of us time, effort, and nights of tearful regret .
