Job Summary The growth and evolution of the nuclear power industry places new challenges on the team of professionals who operate Dominion Energy's Nuclear Power Stations. To support our leaders and teams in obtaining and nurturing the knowledge, skills, and attributes needed for maximum success, the Organizational Effectiveness & Development department is expanding its team. The Nuclear Organizational Effectiveness Consultant (OR Consultant) will support the Director-Nuclear Organizational Effectiveness & Development to implement the fleet organizational effectiveness strategy at the VC Summer Power Station. The OR Consultant will play an active role in identifying best practices, discovering opportunities for improvement, building tools & resources, conducting operational analysis, and providing oversight to these efforts.
