Job Summary This role includes dual responsibility for developing and managing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, with a specialized focus on leveraging AI to enhance Electric Distribution workflows and productivity. The Program Manager will create and manage long-term goals, budgets, operating plans, and business cases to achieve prescribed programmatic objectives, including the deployment of AI-powered solutions to support productivity, knowledge transfer, and technical and engineering analysis. Lead the development of strategic business partnerships across internal departments, external customers, regulatory bodies, and industry peers, while serving as a consistent and accurate spokesperson for the company. This role involves researching, developing, and implementing AI solutions to support business stakeholders and delivering timely status reports throughout the implementation lifecycle. Collaborate with Electric Distribution business teams to refine process-particularly those leveraging AI and advanced analytics-and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project decisions.
