Specialist, AI Mont Royal Job Summary The AI Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, evolving, and optimizing artificial intelligence solutions deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), primarily based on large language models (LLMs). The role involves ensuring the performance, stability, and reliability of existing AI solutions, while actively contributing to their continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities • Ensure the operational maintenance of AI solutions hosted on GCP. • Monitor the performance of AI pipelines, models, and services. • Manage regular updates of models, dependencies, and GCP environments. • Perform tests to validate models and pipelines after each update. • Propose and implement optimizations (e.g., fine tuning, prompt updates, pipeline adjustments). • Contribute to the evolution of the AI architecture to improve scalability, security, and robustness. • Support internal teams in the use and understanding of AI solutions. Job Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a specialist. • Strong expertise in GCP. • Experience with LLMs: fine tuning, prompt engineering, model versioning, evaluation. • Proficiency in a programming language for model manipulation (e.g., Python). • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, etc.). • Understanding of best practices in MLOps. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field. • Hands on experience with AI/LLM projects. • Ability to solve complex
