ROLE SUMMARY: As the Senior Manager, Engineering you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the architectural evolution of our platforms and the modernization of our development practices. You will drive AI-augmented engineering workflows, leveraging generative AI and automation to enhance developer productivity and accelerate the SDLC. Beyond setting the technical vision, you will serve as a champion for engineering excellence, ensuring our systems remain scalable while integrating AI-driven insights into system monitoring and code quality. You will mentor technical leaders to leverage AI in solving complex architectural challenges, fostering a culture of high-velocity, tech-forward delivery.
