About this role
Senior Recruiter - Core Services (x/f/m) Paris, Paris, France You will be joining the Global Talent Acquisition team, a team of 60+ recruiters in charge of building Doctolib's organization. As a Senior recruiter, your role will be to attract, engage and hire Doctolib's talents of tomorrow. You will work on the following roles within the organization: finance, legal, marketing, strategy and HR. You will collaborate closely with our senior stakeholders, defining needs and carrying out recruitment processes. You will have the opportunity to work on global hiring projects having an impact on the overall success of our talent acquisition team. You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Director of the Core Services & Executive hiring team. What you will do - Partner with our hiring managers and our senior leaders to build their teams in our various locations (with a focus in France); - Develop a narrow understanding of Doctolib's strategy and business plans in order to comprehend our hiring needs and objectives; - Design talent intelligence strategies when necessary in order to understand the talent pool you're looking into, the market place and the way other organizations are structured; - Build robust hiring briefs, map role criteria, define position description and document specifications; - Structure and a carry out a targeted research and sourcing strategy; - Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit/add and compatibility; - Offer guidance to both hiring managers and candidates through the completion of the recruitment process; - Collaborate with HR teams to
