Sales Strategy Intern - Milan (x/f/m) Milano, Milan, Italy We are looking for a Sales Strategy Intern to join our Sales Strategy team in Milan . As Sales Strategy Intern, your mission will be to work on real projects that directly shape how our sales organisation plans its growth, measures performance and makes data-driven decisions. You will build the dashboards, reports and analyses that Sales Leadership relies on every day - contributing to strategic initiatives at the intersection of business and data. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment where your contributions will be visible and meaningful from day one. What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reporting & Dashboard Building - Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment) - Automate recurring reports and ensure data quality across reporting sources Data Analysis & Business Insights - Conduct ad-hoc analyses on sales performance, market segmentation and territory coverage - Identify trends and summarize findings in clear, actionable formats to support business cases and strategic decisions Go-to-Market & Planning Support - Support Quarterly Business Review preparation and executive presentations - Contribute to planning cycles by gathering and structuring data, and build scalable templates for recurring activities Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to align on data definitions, reporting standards and ongoing strategic projects.
