Purpose The Integrated Assembly Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating assembly operations across automotive, aerospace, and defense manufacturing programs, within additive manufacturing (AM). This role ensures efficient production workflows, adherence to strict quality and regulatory standards, and the successful incorporation of advanced manufacturing technologies into assembly processes. The ideal candidate combines hands-on leadership with deep technical knowledge in both traditional and additive manufacturing, ensuring seamless hybrid production environments.
