Telephonic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Atlanta, Georgia Telephonic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Georgia (On-Site) Salary: $28.00 - $32.50 per hour Overview We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a telephonic, office-based role. This position is ideal for nurses looking to transition from bedside care into a structured environment while still making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. This is a non-clinical, call center role - no hands-on patient care required. Key Responsibilities - Provide telephonic support and assistance to patients - Assess patient needs and respond using clinical judgment - Follow established workflows and decision-making guidelines - Accurately document all patient interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality care delivery Requirements Education & Experience - Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Minimum of 3+ years of bedside clinical experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Excellent telephonic communication skills - Typing speed of 35+ WPM with accuracy - Strong computer/technical proficiency (skills will be tested) - Ability to multitask while talking and typing - Ability to follow multi-step processes and decision-making workflows - Dependable, accountable, and trustworthy - Self-starter comfortable with independent learning and training - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Important Notes - This is an on-site role in Georgia - Not a remote or telecommuting position - Office call center environment - No hands-on bedside care required What Makes This Role a Great Fit This could be the perfect opportunity if you:
