Pro Bono Coordinator Naples, Florida About Us We are a nonprofit law firm providing free civil legal advice, representation, and education to disadvantaged individuals in Collier County. Our team of 30+ employees is dedicated to helping vulnerable community members regain control of their lives and build a brighter future. Through education, litigation, and collaboration, we work to expand access to justice, identify community needs, and challenge systems that negatively impact underserved and marginalized populations. Position Summary We are seeking a Pro Bono Coordinator (PBC) to recruit private attorneys for pro bono legal services and connect individuals in need with these resources. This role is key to building partnerships and ensuring rewarding experiences for both attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities • Recruit pro bono attorneys by building relationships with local bar associations, law offices, and corporate counsel. • Identify and connect clients in need through partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups. • Develop and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, mailings). • Travel throughout Collier County to recruit attorneys and engage community resources. • Assign cases to pro bono attorneys and provide necessary documentation. • Maintain ongoing communication with attorneys and clients. • Assist with resource development and prepare grant reports. • Work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications • Member in good standing of the Florida Bar or a law graduate. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organizational and self-management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Preferred: Spanish and/or Creole language skills. • Preferred:
