FTTH Installer St. Louis, Missouri Position Summary As a FTTH Installer, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of fiber optic technology to residential and commercial customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful installation and configuration of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) systems, which provide high-speed internet access. This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, as you will be the face of the company during installations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process. Ultimately, your work will contribute to enhancing connectivity and improving the overall digital experience for our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Install and configure FTTH systems at customer locations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and prepare necessary materials. • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, providing timely solutions to customers. • Educate customers on the use of their new fiber optic services and equipment. • Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls, reporting any issues to management.
