Family Law Associate Attorney Doylestown, PA Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Law Attorney at the Associate Level to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of any courtroom/litigation experience. Specific family law litigation is a plus. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, the ability to draft legal documents effectively, and ability to appear in Court. The Family Law Attorney will work closely with the managing attorney and clients to provide comprehensive legal services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, and support issues. Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support case strategies. Draft and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting family law cases. Collaborate with other attorneys on complex cases involving areas in family law such as divorce, custody, and support matters. Provide guidance on divorce, custody, and support matters as they relate to family law issues. Engage in litigation when necessary, representing clients in court proceedings. Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear communication and support throughout the legal process. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Family law is preferred but not required Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements. Proficient in legal research and writing; familiarity with Westlaw is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases
