We believe caregiving is more than tasks-it's treating clients with dignity, respect, and compassion. Position Summary • Are you a compassionate, dedicated Caregiver eager to make a real difference for seniors? We are expanding our team and seeking Caregivers to provide essential in-home, non-medical support that helps elderly individuals maintain independence. We value and recognize the hard work and compassion our caregivers bring every day. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide essential home care focused on activities of daily living (ADLs) and non-medical care. • Assist with stand-by care, including bathing and dressing. • Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed. • Provide supervision and companionship. • Offer medication reminders. • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. • Assist with walks and exercise. • Accompany clients to medical appointments (may require driving clients sometimes). • Perform light housekeeping and laundry, including making beds and changing linens. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Proficiency in English required. Education & Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Valid Driver's License. • Own reliable vehicle. • Must possess at least one (1) of the following licenses/certifications: • PCA (Personal Care Aide) • HHA (Home Health Aide) • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) • Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience preferred; we will consider highly qualified candidates with less experience if fully authorized to work in the U.S. Background Checks & Work
