Staff Physician (Plastic Surgery) - Relocation/Recruitment Incentive/EDRP eligible Dallas, Texas Summary The Plastic Surgery staff physician is responsible for patient care, patient education and resident supervision. The Plastic Surgeon provides comprehensive plastics surgery care for patients within the scope of plastic surgery. The scope of this activity covers all phases of clinical care in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Recruitment/Relocation Incentive may be authorized to highly qualified candidates. Duties This vacancy will remain open until filled. The first cut off date will be: 06/06/2026. Additional applications will be referred as needed. (this is an open continuous announcement) The Plastic Surgery Staff Physician is responsible for patient care, patient education and resident supervision. The Plastic Surgeon provides comprehensive plastics surgery care for patients within the scope of plastic surgery. The scope of this activity covers all phases of clinical care in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Plastic Surgery resident and possible medical student education with appropriate supervision in the outpatient setting, inpatient setting and operating room are expected of the provider. Administrative duties include but are not limited to: Writing medical orders and prescription for the care of the patient Documenting care in the computerized patient record system Obtaining consent and documents procedures performed Providing education and counseling to patients and their families and the use of prescribed treatments and medications for other medical conditions Reviewing revised policies and scope of practice standards, etc. Clinical duties include but are not limited to: Completing consults received for plastic surgery evaluation Performing comprehensive
