Management and Program Analyst Multiple Locations Summary PLEASE NOTE: Based on the current hiring restrictions, selectees may be subject to additional approvals prior to an offer being extended. This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Transformation and Innovation Services Division. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and executing business process management efforts. Duties As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Fiscal Service's business processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. This occurs through the design, documentation, analysis, improvement, and governance of operational business processes to increase quality and compliance. Collaboratively create and implement standardized business processes that turn Fiscal Service strategy into optimized business execution. Resulting business processes improve operational performance, reduce inefficiencies/waste/bottlenecks, ensure process compliance and control, and enable measurable performance improvement. Ensure business process governance by designing future-state frameworks/standards/procedures, ensuring clear future state process ownership structures, and ensuring adherence to external/internal directives, regulation, and controls. Provide leadership and support in the accomplishment of near-term and long-range bureau goals involving the development, application, integration and operation of business processes, systems and technology in support of the bureau mission. Requirements All newly appointed employees to the competitive (or excepted) service are subject to a probationary (or trial) period. During this time, your performance, conduct, and suitability for continued employment will be evaluated. You will not automatically convert to permanent status at the end of the probationary (or trial) period.
