UTILITY SYSTEMS REPAIRER OPERATOR HELPER Quantico, Virginia Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Duties You will assist higher-graded employees, (typically the operator in charge) in performing more complex and difficult tasks associated with operation and maintenance of the utility plants/ systems. You will work with others in cleaning and maintaining utility system equipment at heating, water and waste water treatment plants. You will perform sampling and/or testing to determine physical and chemical content of water including measurements of chlorine residuals, pH levels, alkalinity, hardness and cyanuric acid levels. You will assist higher-graded employees with minor maintenance or repair of equipment and systems and conduct routine housekeeping of inside and outside of the utility plants.
