TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT (PASSENGER) Multiple Locations Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Duties You will advise travelers on entitlements and responsibilities. You will identify customer passport requirements or security clearances to process travel documents. You will identify discrepancies in reconciling billing statements to resolve carrier issues. Education In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-5: Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school. OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. GS-4: Successful completion of at least two full academic years of education above high school. OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
