SUPV MANAGEMENT ANALYST Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Total Force Management Directorate (N1), Commander Submarine Force of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC. Duties You will provide oversight of complex COMSUBPAC-wide programs which substantially impact a diverse audience and varied occupational career fields at all organizational levels for the COMSUBPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR). You will incorporate concepts and methods, as well as policies and processes to support the command's mission at locations on the West and East coasts, and at various OCONUS locations. You will develop and recommend adoption of appropriate command policies and procedures to implement DoN and COMSUBPAC personnel policies in assigned work areas. You will provide analytical support to validate and justify workforce resourcing, and to allocate available resources consistent with current operational priorities. You will develop statistical and narrative data to justify work unit organization of position restructuring as a method when measuring production and efficiency of personnel resources. You will conduct civilian billet analysis including the critical examination and interpretation of tasks, functions and responsibilities of the individual billets to determine its requirements. You will recommend human capital strategies and policies based on COMSUBPAC operations, mission, and workforce requirements. You will interpret laws and regulations, and analysis of complex personnel management problems and situations. You will select, adapt, and apply a wide variety of statistical analysis methods and techniques, including methods devised specifically to address workforce planning issues.
