SUPERVISORY REGIONAL DISPATCH CENTER SPECIALIST Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Regional Dispatch Center Specialist of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time. For additional information, please refer to the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Chapter 5 Part B. Duties You will provide information and guidance to all subordinates on professional and personal issues. You will develop and implement a quality assurance and improvement program. You will implement new policies and procedures to ensure continual growth.
