SUPERVISOR Point Loma Complex, San Diego, California Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Duties You will promote change strategies that require analysis and interpretation of policies, intervention, implementation of change models, and assessment of organizational effectiveness. You will execute of the organizational development and training management and manpower management teams' responsibilities. You will implement planned training based on inputs from the annual training survey. Make final determinations on vendor selections and onsite courses. You will serve as the administrator for executive/leadership training, working with NAVWAR HQ to coordinate and announce opportunities to NIWC Pacific eligible candidates, reviewing NIWC Pacific application packages etc. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert in all areas related to civilian employee training and development, including providing guidance on and interpretation of Navy, DoD, and Federal training regulations and requirements. You will oversee the tracking of and reporting on civilian, contractor, and supervisory personnel mandatory training execution. You will maintain awareness of and report on (as required) civilian developmental programs administered by other departments, targeting specifics of the civilian/military workforce.
