SITE MANAGER (BSVE) Naval Business Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Summary You will serve as a SITE MANAGER (BASE SUPPORT VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT) in the TRANSPORTATION DIVISION of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. Duties You will direct, coordinate, and evaluate the work of subordinate employees to ensure conformance to established guidelines. You will use projected fluctuations in maintenance and operating workloads, budget and manpower requirements, and equipment conditions to develop long range plans. You will review and interpret new and established directives, instructions, and regulations to assess the potential impact on major program objectives, operating policies, funding requirements, and progress.
