SECRETARY (OA) Kittery, Maine Summary You will serve as a SECRETARY in the ENGINEERING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Duties You will prepare and review correspondence, reports, and other documents. You will summarize information from files and documents, ensuring correct grammar. You will maintain accurate time and attendance records. You will establish and maintain office records to assist in the efficient operation of the office.
