About this role
MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST Naval Research Laboratory, District of Columbia Summary You will serve as a Management Support Specialist in the Material Science and Compenent Tech Directorate, Code 610200 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY. Duties You will manage the division level databases and compile and distribute reports on proposed program goals, budgets, and staffing levels for upper management. You will track funding and budget information. You will prepare, gather and analyze relevant qualitative and quantitative data to respond to data calls and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership utilizing data-related deliverables. You will work closely with division leadership and assist where needed to ensure continuity of business operations in the division. You will assist the Administrative Officer with onboarding and offboarding all government, military, and contractor employees. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Bachelor's Degree OR 4 full years of post-high school education leading to a Bachelor's degree OR Combination of education and experience totaling 100% of the general experience A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
