LEAD REGIONAL DISPATCH CENTER SPECIALIST Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Summary You will serve as a Lead Regional Emergency Response Dispatcher in the Emergency Management Department of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. Duties You will lead three or more Emergency Response Dispatchers in completion of Dispatch Center's daily functions and reports directly to the RDC Supervisory. You will ensure all policies and regulations are followed and ensures safety in operations and training at all times. You will receive emergency and non-emergency request by telephone, mobile radio, mobile data computers or automatic alarms throughout the Navy Region. You will provide appropriate post-dispatch and pre-arrival instructions and maintain knowledge of all response resources available, sometimes in a widely dispersed environment.
