Smith Marine Corp Base, Hawaii Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Personnel Direct Hire Authority. Duties This position is under the C4/Cyber Operations Division (J63) At the GS-12 level you will perform developmental duties as they are assigned. You will coordinate with stakeholders to identify key C4 requirements of operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) across the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of operations. You will engage and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders to plan, implement, and/or review technical C4 issues and activities in support of operational priorities. You will participate in operational planning efforts, exercises, forums, etc. to analyze risk and develop approaches and strategies for supporting C4 operational projects. You will generate and/or compile decision support products for command leadership. You will prepare, present, and defend recommendations and planning products to senior leaders You will manage projects as assigned and support innovation and further development of the organization and processes.
