HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION) Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the COMMAND ADVISORY BRANCH of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE. SALARY RANGES: GS-9: $64,438 - $83,774 GS-7: $52,680 - $68,485 Duties You will provide advisory services on recruitment and placement issues, advise management on recruitment strategies, and offer advice concerning attracting the best qualified candidates in support of staffing goals and programs. You will conduct limited advisory classification services and position management support. You will apply standardized principles and practices of position classification sufficient to review management requests for classification-related actions. You will apply human resources management concepts, laws, policies, practices, analytical and diagnostic methods and techniques related to recruitment and placement sufficient to advise on or resolve moderately complex issues.
