HAWAII ONLY: A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) will be added to the stated salary. Duties You will analyze employee documents to determine pay entitlements. You will obtain data needed to complete personnel actions. You will resolve personnel pay issues to ensure employees receive correct pay entitlements. You will explain qualifications requirements to potential applicants. Education In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-5: Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience GS-4: Successful completion of at least two full academic years of education above high school OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
