Enterprise Systems & Facilities Planning Manager (GoRPM) NF5 Quantico, Virginia Summary Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! MCCS is a comprehensive program that supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines, their families, and others in the Marine Corps Community. We offer a team oriented environment comprised of military personnel, civilian employees, contractors and volunteers who keep the organization functioning smoothly and effectively. Duties Serves as the senior enterprise authority and program manager for the vendor-hosted, web-based GoRPM (Geospatial Real Property Management System) platform integrating facilities planning, real property management, capital investment programming, and facility operations across Marine Corps installations and MCCS. Directs enterprise-wide governance, policy development, strategic planning, and lifecycle integration supporting planning, programming, design, construction, sustainment, and operations. Establishes enterprise configuration governance, release management controls, data standards, and system modernization strategies. Oversees integration between GoRPM, Oracle Financial Management System (FMS), Project Management Information System (PMIS), Unison Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and other enterprise systems supporting capital investment execution. Leads enterprise-level facilities planning and capital investment integration including DD Form 1391 development, Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC/UPL) programming, facility condition assessments, long-range planning, and portfolio prioritization. Provides executive-level recommendations supporting multi-year capital investment decisions. Provides executive oversight for integration of facility operations, maintenance, repair, sustainment, and lifecycle asset management data supporting Marine Corps installations. Coordinates with HQMC, MCCS Regions, Installation Commanders, NAVFAC, Public Works, and Real Property Accountability Officers (RPAOs). Serves as the enterprise authority for facilities and
