About this role

DIRECTOR OF WARFARE REQUIREMENTS AND RESOURCES Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Summary You will serve as a DIRECTOR OF WARFARE REQUIREMENTS AND RESOURCES in the WARFARE REQUIREMENTS, RESOURCES, AND ASSESSMENT DIRECTORATE of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC. Duties You will lead the development of the Pacific Submarine Force structure, set priorities, improve business practices, and create new strategy initiatives. You will act as the executive agent for projects, supporting Program Managers to align project goals, priorities, and schedules. You will oversee Integrated Undersea Surveillance System efforts, including manning, training, and readiness requirements. You will identify resource and budget issues to develop concept of operations (CONOPS) and provide policy and funding guidance. You will manage specialized funding programs ensuring proper alignment of resources for Undersea Enterprise Systems. You will oversee the Division's workload, review completed work, advise employees, address complaints, implement minor disciplinary actions, and recommend employee awards.
