DEPUTY INSPECTOR GENERAL Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida Summary You will serve as a DEPUTY INSPECTOR GENERAL in the OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL (N00G) of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-12974089-26-DLU. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement. Duties You will brief executive level leadership on the progress achieved toward meeting programs strategic objectives. You will draft annual inspection or evaluation plans that focus on Inspector General resources for the highest priority activities. You will confirm resources are used efficiently and programs, processes, and operations are conducted with integrity and comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will edit and incorporate written input from other inspectors to achieve an inspection report with a consistent style and format. You will analyze information obtained through investigations and inspections to identify areas of weakness within the command as it relates to matters of discipline, integrity, efficiency, and readiness.
