About this role
CYP Regional Program Analyst - Information Systems Keyport, Washington Summary Incumbent coordinates with Regional offices and installations to provide program support, technical guidance, and training for super users and operators of CYP data management systems (e.g., the Child and Youth Management System (CYMS); Enterprise Modeling System (EMS)), curriculum and assessment (Teaching Strategies GOLDTM Assessment) and learning laboratories. *First review of applicants - May 18, 2026* Duties Data Analysis, Reporting, and Management Plan, implement and coordinate execution, implementation, and maintenance of CNIC specific software applications with the region and at installation CY programs. Coordinates implementation schedules with vendors and IT support specialists. Ensure integration of system upgrades, and performs data clean-up and preventive maintenance, recommends preventative measures when warranted, coordinates end of year processes, and rates maintenance. Produce monthly, quarterly and year end reports and for regional and site managers as required for CNIC CYP specific software systems. Assists with training front line employees on the operation of CYP specific software applications using a variety of resources, systems, and application. Maintains documentation, instructs staff in use of management information systems. Develops and produces training materials, handbooks, and resources as needed. Troubleshoots hardware or software system problems as they occur and quickly repairs or directs the repair to on site employees. Primary point-of-contact for assistance and technical assistance who ascertains the extent of problems and initiates resolutions.
