About this role

Program Analyst Multiple Locations Summary This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs: positions report to local leadership in New Town, North Dakota; Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Duties As Program Analyst, GS-0343, your typical work assignments may include, but not limited to: Analyzes, monitors, and evaluates program effectiveness for various programs within the agency. Conducts management surveys and research projects and provides advisory services on issues of substantial scope and impact throughout the organization. Conducts work measurement, methods and procedures, and/or engineered time standard studies of several extensively interrelated complex functions in a extremely complex multi-mission activity. Plans, develops, and conducts internal review studies of interrelated functions of substantial technical complexity. Performs management control work of broad scope with intra-activity mission impact. Prepares special reports and projects as requested from higher level management. Education If you are qualifying based on your education, you MUST provide transcripts or other documentation to support your educational claims. Unless otherwise stated: (1) official or unofficial transcripts are acceptable, or (2) you may submit a list with all of your courses, grades, semester, year, and credit for the course. All materials must be submitted by the closing date of the announcement. If more than 10 percent of your undergraduate course work (credit hours) were taken on a pass/fail basis, your claim of superior academic achievement must be based upon class standing or membership in an honor society.
