About this role

Supervisory SARC (Principal) (SAR WF) Fort Hood, Texas Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DoD Sexual Assault Program Workforces to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The Supervisory Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (Principal) (SAR WF) serves as the principal authority, strategic advisor and advocate to the Senior Commander for the Command's Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program. Duties Act as the principal authority, strategic advisor, and advocate for the Sexual Harassment/ Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program and victims of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and associated retaliatory behaviors for the Commander. Manage a Corps level SHARP Program servicing Soldiers and Family members, as well as Department of Army Civilians. Administer the SHARP program to maintain a workplace environment that rejects sexual harassment and sexual assault and attitudes that promote such behaviors. Formulate Command SHARP directives, prevention, education, and SHARP reporting and compliance requirements. Oversee, manage, and establish procedural guidance for the SHARP hotline. Support the commander with prevention activities, response coordination, case management, victim advocacy and training management. Exercise the full range of supervisory duties for a diverse population. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
