Supervisory Recreation Assistant NF-03 Fort Knox, Kentucky Summary This position is located at Smith Physical Fitness Center. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement. Duties Supervises a staff of 3-12 employees, assigns and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis. Plans work schedules, approves or disapproves leave, determines performance objectives and rates performance. Serves as a recreation assistant in support of recreational activities applying a practical knowledge of recreational activities and skills in the use of recreation materials, and facilities.
