Supervisory Police Officer Fort Myer, Virginia Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for certain personnel of the DOD workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) handles the day-to-day operations of Army installations. Duties Maintains communications with mobile patrol units and posts and passes directions and information to subordinates. Coordinates desk operations with shifts and ensures that incomplete actions are fully understood. Prepare decisions papers to support a particular position on law enforcement issues. Ensures that the work assignments of subordinate employees are carried out. Ensures proper response to various calls for law enforcement services at all levels. Identifies developmental and training needs of employees. Develop policies and procedures from agency guidance.
