PROJECT COORDINATION SPECIALIST (TITLE 32) Camp Blanding, Florida Summary This National Guard position is for a PROJECT COORDINATION SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D2589000 and is part of the FL JFHQ, National Guard. Duties As a Project Coordination Specialist, GS-0301-11, you will analyze, coordinate and/or perform a variety of special projects/program assignments and studies leading to the resolution of management problems and improvement of operations. Independently develops a plan of action and recommends solutions. Coordinates with State ARNG/ANG Command staff, Directorates or Group Commanders, and NGB Functional Managers to obtain and exchange information and develop recommendations for management decisions. Monitors and analyzes program/project progress, recommending changes based on findings as needed. Develops all reports, briefings, and status of assigned projects/programs. Performs a wide variety of support duties to facilitate the work of the office. Arranges scheduling of appointments, meetings, briefings, and other commitments directly effecting future decisions and program direction. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related Evaluation Once the announcement has closed, your resume and supporting documentation will be used to determine if you meet the qualifications listed on this announcement.
