PROGRAM MANAGER Fort Worth, Texas Summary About the Position: Program Manager, GS-0340-13 with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District, Programs & Project Management Division located in Fort Worth, TX. *Position is Mission Essential* PCS, Recruitment/Relocation Incentive MAY be authorized at management discretion. Duties Serves as Project Manager responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned Military Program projects. Performs as the project team leader, implements Government decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project and intermediate products in support of the project. Coordinates project planning, design, and implementation of competitive and non-competitive construction acquisitions through source selection processes for programs/projects of varying scope and complexity, as required. Serves as the Government's primary point of contact for programs/projects assigned. Provides input to Military Program Managers and other District Senior management personnel regarding the projects assigned.
