Process Manager New Cumberland Defense Logistics Center, Pennsylvania Summary About the Position: This position serves as a Process Manager for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command located at New Cumberland, PA. The Army's Face to the World, the one-stop focal point for Army FMS, and the international partner of choice in U.S. Security Assistance. Duties Provide authoritative guidance in high-level forums with foreign government officials, Combatant Commands, and other U.S. government agencies. Provide executive oversight for the Programs Branch, directing all activities related to the execution of complex non-standard security assistance programs. Provide authoritative guidance to subordinate team leaders, empowering them to manage complex and controversial FMS programs and processes. Guarantee the system's full compliance with the complex web of U.S. laws, federal acquisition regulations, and DoD/Army policies governing security assistance. Adjust staffing levels of work procedures to accommodate resource allocation decisions, improves work methods and procedures used to produce work products. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
