MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Title 32) Windsor Locks, Connecticut Summary THIS IS A TITLE 32 DUAL STATUS POSITION DUTY LOCATION: United States Property & Fiscal Office (USPFO), Windsor Locks, CT AREA(S) OF CONSIDERATION: Area 1: All currently employed full-time permanent and indefinite personnel, assigned to the USPFO of the Connecticut Army National Guard. Duties JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to to serve as a management analyst in the USPFO and direct Central Issue Facility (CIF) stock record operations using the Standard Army Management Information System software and locally devised management programs IAW law and regulations. Provides management analysis regarding logistical and/or fiscal accountability for the equipment and resources assigned to the USPFO and CIF and performs a variety of review assignments involved in developing, analyzing, evaluating, and/or in providing management assessments. NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. This is an excepted position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the Connecticut Army National Guard. The major duties include, but are not limited to: Reviews organizational information regarding inventory management, storage management, equipment coordination fiscal and supply management utilizing inspection reports, applicable Department of Army (DA) regulations, and activity mission statements to identify tentative sub-objectives or firm objectives regarding stock record operations. Performs management studies of organization's auditable entity to identify potential problems such as reviewing operating procedures and management practices of the activity.
