Duties THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIP SPECIALIST, GS-0301-12, is to plan, coordinate, and execute the State Partnership Program (SPP) activity initiative between the National Guard of a state and the partner nation or country. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance. Requirements CALIFORNIA NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted service position that requires membership in the California National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.
