About this role
Housing Manager Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands Summary About the Position: You will serve as a Housing Manager responsible for broad management functions in support of the operations and utilization of a variety of housing management programs including Unaccompanied Housing, Army Family Housing, Furnishings Management, Residential Communities Initiative (RCI), Privatized Army Lodging (PAL), and Army Family Housing (AFH). Duties You will develop garrison policies for all aspects of housing programs and installation plans and procedures for barracks sustainment, to include restoration, modernization, and/or replacement projects. You will be responsible for oversight of budgeting and execution (AFH and OMA) in support of installation housing programs. You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), responsible for management, oversight, guidance, fiscal policy, and control of contractor owned-government leased quarters as required or appointed. You will coordinate Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) data collection and reports submission and maintain and monitor the enterprise Military Housing (eMH) database.
