About this role

Assistant Business Manager (Bowling) NF-03 Fort Wainwright, Alaska Summary This position is located at the Community Activity Center on Fort Wainwright, AK. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid but are not guaranteed. Up to 25% recruitment or relocation incentive may be paid (service agreement required). Recruitment incentives are applicable to newly hired individuals/rehired individuals. Relocation incentives are applicable to current, regular full-time NAF employees accepting a position in a different geographical location with no break in service. Duties Manages a bowling or family-entertainment bowling facility. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Organizes, develops, implements and reviews programming, promotions, and special events to provide a garrison recreational service while maintaining a positive image in local community relations. Develops and manages leagues/tournaments and league/tournament services. Systematically provides and reviews financial management, personnel administration, property and internal control management to ensure compliance with policies, benchmarks, and standards. Develops, implements and reviews activity business plan, including budget, marketing, and capital purchase and minor construction plans.
