About this role

Administrative Support Assistant (Office Automation) Fort Myer, Virginia Summary About the Position: Acts as a liaison between the Military Police and Staff Judge Advocate (SJA). Prepares case files, ensures all evidence/appropriate paperwork is included in each case file (i.e., tickets, blood alcohol test results, drug analysis reports, radar certificates, criminal history background checks, driving histories, etc.). Duties Performs a variety of miscellaneous duties and responsibilities that provide continuity and efficiency of administrative office operations and procedures. The incumbent performs varied functions that support the accomplishment of the work of the staff. Applies knowledge of the various program elements assigned to staff members and of the mission and functions of the organization. Requires the ability to search, select, interpret, and apply numerous regulations and guidelines pertaining to administrative/clerical support functions, and organizational operating procedures. Coordinates with internal/external sources to advise on needs and ensure administrative and logistical support. Acts as a liaison between the Military Police and Staff Judge Advocate (SJA). Prepares case files, ensures all evidence/appropriate paperwork is included in each case file (i.e., tickets, blood alcohol test results, drug analysis reports, radar certificates, criminal history background checks, driving histories, etc.) Evaluation You will be evaluated based on how well you meet the qualifications listed in this vacancy announcement.
