The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Information Technology Specialist and senior advisor on a broad spectrum of technology, data, and analytics issues for the Director, Office of Labor and Economic and Analysis (OLEA) at the United States Air Force Academy. Duties Supervise IT, Data, and Analytic Support. Senior IT Specialist in OLEA managing all IT, data, and analytic support activities. Data Warehouse Management. Manages the collection, analysis, standardization and integration of large volumes of administrative data from over 25 legacy systems within the Department of the Air Force and DoD into a multi-terabyte data warehouse. System Administration/Security Assessment. Senior System Administrator responsible for designing, deploying, and managing enterprise architecture of over servers, as well as more than 50 terabytes of enterprise storage. Technology Innovations. Evaluates hardware/software capabilities to satisfy automation requirements.
