About this role

HOST AVIATION RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST March AFB, California Summary Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. Duties The primary purpose of this position is: To manage and control all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management by utilizing the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS). Authenticates and publishes aeronautical orders, validates entitlement pays, verifies physical and physiological requirements and determines suspensions, disqualifications, revalidation, and requalification for rated/ non-rated aircrew, and parachutist. Duties Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management. Interprets and administers laws and regulations regarding entitlement incentive pay. Applies complex flight/jump pay rules IAW Public Law, DoD, and AFI guidance. Researches, validates, and interprets Air Force Instruction (AFI) Mission Design Series (MDS) specific medical and physiological requirements and flying and ground training requirements. Substantiates personnel listings, determines position status and performs a wide-range of administrative duties. Education IF USING EDUCATION TO QUALIFY: If position has a positive degree requirement or education forms the basis for qualifications, you MUST submit transcripts with the application.
