About this role

The primary purpose of this position is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and/or labor work on a substantially full time and continuing basis. Leader is responsible to both perform the work assigned by a supervisor and ensures that subordinates completed assigned work consistent with trades and labor standards. Duties - Leads a team of trades and/or labor workers. On a regular and recurring basis, utilizes trades and/or labor knowledge and skill to lead a team of three or more workers in performance of various related work. - Performs work. Performs nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led. - Ensures incoming inspections on specialized or general purpose vehicles and equipment are completed in a timely manner. - Accomplishes quality assurance inspections on completed repairs of specialized and general purpose vehicles and equipment to ensure repairs have been completed correctly.
