The primary purpose of this position is to exercise limited technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing the maintenance, repair, installation of paved and unpaved roads and the operation of motor vehicles, tractors, cranes and heavy equipment required to support the real property maintenance of test ranges. Duties Performs work planning responsibilities. Performs work direction responsibilities. Performs administration responsibilities.
