The primary purpose of this position, CHILD DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT, NK-0303-02, is to serve as a Child Development Center Clerk, providing technical and clerical support for the smooth operation of the Child Development Program to include customer service, monitoring customer entry, data automation for maintaining files, file maintenance, payroll, financial record keeping and enrollment. Duties - Establish, update, monitor, and maintain office records of various types. - Cordially greet parents, children and visitors upon entering the Child Development Centers. - Responsible for the accuracy of daily cashier reports, USDA records, reimbursement reports, deposits and all financial reports. - Enroll new children assisting parents with the completion of Air Force Forms 1181, USDA, waiting list, and any other form necessary for program enrollment. Education IF USING EDUCATION TO QUALIFY: If position has a positive degree requirement or education forms the basis for qualifications, you MUST submit transcripts with the application.
